All of those choices are poor, since they are incredibly expensive. Look to central and south america as places that are cheaper and close.

There's a guy on youtube called the hobo traveler and he does videos on cheaper places to live. One of his top places is Ecuador.

Just make sure to plan your finances very well and be careful with your spending.

Personally, I've chosen the southern US to be NEET/FIRE.
