No seeing as pain actually releases "feel good" hormones in the brain which is why humans are so aggressive at times , punch away bot ! but at least punch something made for punching like punching bags or social warriors

I started punching the side of a metal bathroom stall at my workplace when I get upset
There are indentations from my knuckles on there haha
I guess the pain serves as an outlet
