I don't think many people come here specifically to look at memes, in all honesty. I'd say people come here more to discuss things that are on their mind, and the memes are a sometimes-entertaining sideshow.

It's not like this is 9gag or even Reddit where memes are the focal point.

i asked a friend why people go on 4 chan and why they're obsessed with memes. He gave me his computer and taught me how to create a thread and ask you all.

Everybody is looking at and partaking in memes all day every day, even if they don't use the internet.

i understand the convenience behind it but don't you seek out face to face human interaction. I am not trying to be insulting im just saying in my opinion that is more gratifying
