I actually feel pretty bad for him because he could have easily said something like not an argument when stef brought up his experience, but he locked up.

I thought Stef went too far the first time I watched it, but I rewatched it today and to be honest, he does have a point.
How can you be arrogant enought to call up a professional and tell them you know better than them how to do their job?
