I spend so much time without talking that when I have to say something I can't control my voice's tune and volume. I speak so low and inwards that makes me feel even more anxious when I have to talk to someone.

I wish people could leave me alone

i was a neet/shut-in for such a long time, that now some days where i talk a lot/have a lot of conversations my throat hurts a little.
