I don't know if this is a dick problem but

I went to a doctor back when this started 5 years ago, and he did a urine culture, kidney/bladder ultrasound, blood test, and manually checked my dick for like 5 minutes. Everything came back negative. He gave me some pills for prostatitis or whatever it's called, but they didn't do shit. He said he didn't think it was anything serious, but that they'd probably have to do a prostate exam or even more invasive shit to tell me what was wrong. I nope'd the fuck out of there because I have a major phobia for medical shit, and I never went back despite the fact that this has been a serious recurring problem for me.

When it gets bad, it's straight up suicide-inducing, but I really don't want to have to get surgery or something. I just wish I knew what the fuck I did that caused this plague on my dick.
