I'm sorry your Mom is sick Anon. Like other poster said spend time with her. Talk or just be a good listener. People who are dying may seem like they are not aware, but they can still hear. So tell her you love her etc. And maybe tell others to watch what the say as they can upset the sick person who still hears everything. Be gentle with yourself anon.
