I work as a cashier at a target in America so i'll explain: people in America who either don't have jobs or have jobs (but dont make enough money to afford both rent and food) can apply for food stamps (also known as SNAP). This takes the form of a card known as an EBT card, which contains taxpayer dollars on it, and can cover the cost of food items at major grocerry and retailer stores. People are given a certain amount of money they can spend, and foodstamps only cover certain items. People can buy freash chicken breasts at target with food stamps (some days when there are sales, it will only cost $ 2.50 for 8 raw chicken filets (usually because they expire the next day, and the store doesn't want to throw them away). However, SNAP also covers shit that people have no business buying, like soda and candy. People can buy soda for 2.50 dollars for 2 liters. This is somewhat costly (especially when people on foodstamps have a whole cart full of junk food and soda, which they often do) and also won't keep the person full. Furthermore, by wasting taxpayer money on this, they are using money from employed members of society's paychecks to buy shit that will make them and their children more unhealthy, and which are unnecessary items in the first place. In this case, the niggers were buying 350 dollars worth of soda so that they could re-sell the sodas later. Doing this can turn their government provided food stamps into cash, which they can later use for liquor and doing drugs. idk, but I got my target job in 3 days of job hunting with no prior experience. The only job I applied for before that in my area was a toys r us job. At Dollar General the computer can't do that. If they pay for part of it, the computer locks up until the rest is paid for. Can't remove items or change prices. We have to do a stupid "transaction void" where you tender the rest of the sale as cash, then do the "transaction void" function from the manager's menu. It's supposed to refund all of the customer's cards and erase the transaction so your drawer isn't short. But half the time, the customer doesn't get their refund immediately for some reason, and they throw a bitch fit saying I stole from them. It's always a woman, too, so then later she brings her Chad husband to try to intimidate you into giving them money.

Luckily the husband usually knows his wife is stupid and doesn't want to be there, so he accepts the explanation that the store is stupid and he'll have to wait a business day or two for their money to be refunded to their bank.
