if you can starve yourself 16 hours after dinner you can lose weight

I used to be quite /fit/. Due to unfortunate circumstances, long-term illness and laziness all at the same time, I gained over 100 lbs in about 2 years. I went from a 200 lbs /fit/ guy to a 300 lbs fat as fuck dude.

I feel like I will never lose it. It's just too much and I've grown used to it. But I hate it.
