Before I eat, I stand on the scale, and if I'm above today's number (minus weight of clothes if I'm wearing any, I don't start eating right now. This way, I can have net surplus days. And light intermittent fasting is supposedly beneficial. It wouldn't work for everyone, because some would stop drinking fluids and stuff themselves with peanut butter to get the most out of right now's weight budget. I plan to continue until my lightest, less hydrated, just pooped weight drops below 118 once. Then I'll hold steady.
