Well, first off your blood plasma levels have to adjust. You should do increments of 25 mg once per week (preferably longer between).

Once you start adjusting, which will take weeks and months, even though you probably felt the effects right away (the comfy, floaty feel), your body, including your cumming problems, will get a little bit better, if only a little bit.

I was on that pill carousel for years.

I tried Cipralex, another ssri, pretty common one, and that was utter shit. Had a weird, hazy feel, and my muscles and joints ached, so I had to get off it. In fact, I felt more suicidal and depressed on it.

My side effect with Zoloft has been only headaches once in a while and the erection and being able to cum. Oh and have to drink more water and urinate more.

I've also tried out Buspar and Wellbutrin. I'm only on Zoloft now, only need Zoloft, and I'm doing okay. At least the days are enjoyable and bearable.

Drugs are different for everyone, it seems. Also, I've heard this "don't feel effects right away", but I do. I'm really sensitive to drugs, hence why I'm on a somewhat lose dose.
Also, I haven't drunk alcohol in probably close to 1.5 years, thanks to Zoloft.

I used to be on Effexor/Venlafaxine. It helped for me to get on it back in 2015 when I was going through too much stress and personal problems. I recently got off of it a week ago and I feel much better. I feel better because I now have a sex drive again and I my creativity is completely back. I can now lose weight again too.

My advice is to get off of the meds when you are doing better in life and then just exercise everyday. The exercise has helped me a great deal. I don't feel the crazy mood swings anymore.
