I had/have the same problem as you op. For me subtly changing my schedule and routine up kept me from furiously masturbating as often as I did. This helped for quite awhile but now that I have more free time than I did for the past 2 months I haven't been able to control myself and just finished for the 5th time today, and from my bouts with this in the past I know I can never keep it as a permanent reduction.

While I'm not degenerate or addicted enough to do it in public I'm unable to control myself when I have too much time to myself away from others.
