I lost 30kgs in 7 months. What's your excuse for not exercising?

Because I don't need to lose weight and I'm not going to work out for aesthetics like a fag.

Doubt it, if you are able to lose 30kgs and not be underweight there is no way you can consistently lose ~1kg a week.

I also lost over 30 kilos last year.
I didn't work out a lot though, mostly it was the result of changing my diet.

Started at 128. Just kept at it and now if everything goes well, in another 7 months i'll be starting amateur boxing matches.
