In my opinion once the girl has hit puberty and has developed a reasonable amount, it's not pedophilia. That age can vary so wildly, like my niece by the time she was 12 had huge titties and a pronounce hip/waist ratio. Every guy has found a teenager attractive at some point in their adult lives. It's just a matter of social acceptance and who's willing to admit it.
