I'm down almost 40 lbs in the last 18 months. It feels horrible. I was making such good progress but then I got overwhelmed and depression sank it's teeth back in and all the weight just fell off. I have no idea how normy shits can keep their BMI so fucking high when I struggle to hold onto normal.

anyone else know the pains of bulimia? I stopped doing it 5 days ago because the pains in my mouth and throat got worse and worse. I'll never purge again since I am spooked about if I've caused permanent damage. I don't want barrett's esophagus. I did it every day for a year or so. I stopped drinking soda and for a few weeks I will also quit drinking booze. The dumb thing is even with purging I am still overweight. I only purged so I could binge even harder. Going to fix my diet.
