Had my first full blown panic attack 2 days ago, ended up at the ER.
Apart from dropping weed what would your advice be?
Pic related, spent the last 6 years trying to become a Chad, doing maybe a bit too many things I didn't like for people I didn't like.
Prozac helped mine. Sorry dude but you're kind of fucked. You don't ever get rid of it. It's a chronic illness like diabetes. I fought it for years before i gave up and went to a shrink.
stop fighting the anxiety, when it starts coming tell it to do it's best, encourage it to make you feel as bad as possible then it will lose power and fade away

I got them all the time in may late teens/early twenties - but not anymore. I remember being really busy and stressed out in those days: worked part time, full time student, played collegiate golf, and drank and did drugs on the weekend. I guess stress isn't a meme.
Best advice I could give is cool it with drugs and alcohol for a while. If you smoke, try to quit. Maybe cut back your work schedule. If that doesn't work, antidepressants are the next step. citalopram (celexa) cured me permanently
