Never mind I beat her by adding an extra debuff.

Try to keep both of them close to each other and engage in melee combat. Their sword attack is easy to dodge and you can hit both of them with each hit if they're close enough. If they do any of the other bullshit just dodge till you find an opening.
Also they're weak to lightning attacks.
