I want to mechanicalise my life.
Timetables kept with alarms, accounting for all my education, work, recreation etcetera.
Meal plans and fitness program laid out genau.
clothing use, other items etcetera planned ir semiplanned.
All linked to a multiple enforcing computers and trained recognition of timetable events in habit.
So, what tips have you got for doing this and what means can I use to keep this?
Also, what is the most optimal way to keep morale and energy generally at suitable levels?
I want to rid myself of human inconsistency, inefficiency and emotional bugs.
please reply.

Sounds interesting. Would be impossible for me since I can't even get out of bed in the morning, let alone keep a rigorous schedule of anything

This never works. You know this never works. You're trying to tell yourself that maybe you'll be able to do what nobody else has done, plan your entire life and reliably stick to your plans, but you're not special.
How could you be? You're not special, you're just like us. Equally human and equally incapable of keeping your promises to yourself.
This never works not because everyone else is an idiot. It never works because if you had the willpower required to stick to such a schedule, you wouldn't need a schedule like that anyway.

alarms and deliberately pushing on (see: drugs) to develop trained patterns over time
need methods to keep morale high (ie fixx my fugging depressiveness and insomnia, and deal with critical spike sin life intensity)
I bet unless u r a real nuffy that u have patterns and a 'schedule': a morning routine (piss, drink, shower etc), a driving path, a job or school timetable, etcetera. I just want to take it to the next level and have a fully developed all encompassing general system for 'mechanated' optimal life.
