I look at myself in the mirror at least 100 times a day. I'm never satisfied with how I look and I feel like I'm getting uglier every day. It's making me feel like ending it.
What do I do?

I feel you, OP. Satisfy the urge to look in the mirror with only a quick glance and start shaming yourself when you look any longer than that glimpse. I call myself a narcissist every time that I want to look, it's been helping. Also, accept that what you see is simply your meat-suit. Oh, and give up any hope of love, that really helps.
