Not them but having gone through withdrawal it is the caffeine. I drink absurd amounts of water in a day if I'm not having coffee. You will feel like shit, you will get constipated, and you won't get to sleep easily.
I really like the drink and cut it cold turkey so I can get my tolerance back down. I usually start when I sick because I feel like garbage and coffee is counter-intuitive. The worst is the first week or so and it becomes more tolerable.
