Who else here has eaten themselves to 300+lbs?

Once ate my way to 290lbs, now I'm at 206lbs through careful exercise and dieting. I've never looked that bad and managed the weight well, because I'm 6'2 however.
Hit 320. Down to 260. I find myself going entire days without eating because of other issues, but that's probably just hurting my goals.

Try doing a program called 'Couch to 5K' and following it 3 times a week. Follow a 6 week pushup/situp program, you'll be able to do 100/200 respectively in a month and a half. You can do this all without a gym membership for free, just by dedicating maybe an hour or so 3 days a week to it.
