I had to move into a rooming house so I can afford rent AND food.
One guy is psychotic. Literally. Has a bunch of.homeless people friends he brings over.
Makes a mess everywhere. Never cleans anything .

One guy hasn't paid his rent in 4 months.
I don't wanna live with someone like that. Means they don't care and will probably rob you.
Another plays his TV super loud at 4am. Drinks a lot. Has drunk friends over ..
