4 Chins is another way of saying 4 Chan.
Does it have some kind of deeper meaning? Does "4 Chins" imply that the poster is so fat that he literally has 4 Chins?
But why do people intentionally mispronounce it? Better yet, why do people mispronounce words in general?
In real life if you mispronounce a word, you're seen as unintelligent. But people mispronounce things all the time on here and on purpose.
Ex. Donkey Kong may be intentionally mispronounced as "Dankey Kang"
For what purpose do these things occur? Why would you mess up your speech on purpose?
You're really cute. Do you have skype? Or discord?

It's part of the 4chan culture so ingrained in us, robots.
Normies will unfortunately never realize the true meaning.
Keep struggling, and keep posting your roastie meet-up and contact info posts.

Alright, but how did such a thing come about? Did someone accidentally misspell something, and then it just became something that everyone did intentionally?

I feel like you're actually asking this question sincerely but it's so autistic it makes me skeptical even on this board
The easy answer is that it's a joke, it's humor
In case you haven't noticed, a lot of humor begins from intentionally sounding stupid
I'm not saying that's all there is to this, but that can be part of it
In your example, "Dankey Kang" obviously also has "dank" in it, which is a humorous reference
Misspellings can create wordplay
As well, there is just the humor of making novel variations on things -- corruptions or distortions, which is a large part of how memes proliferate in general
Another contribution might come from the fact that intentionally misspelling your message communicates that you're not taking it seriously, it distances you from it a bit, which insulates you from potential criticism or rejection just a little -- i.e. it gives the opposite effect of the sort of post I'm making right now
