I just worry that maybe it's a bit too over the top. My partner is extremely good to me, we're very happy and they treat me well. They don't go to the same lengths as I do for birthdays and so forth, but this is mostly because they cannot afford to. They still get me great presents though, really well-thought out presents.

I'm really happy with them. I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford shit like this (plus I get to benefit from it too) so I like to give them good experiences.

The best thing is, they won't expect it at all. They're really happy to just get small gifts or nothing at all, so this should be a nice surprise for them. Next year is going to involve a lot of saving for a house, so this is why I'm keen to do something amazing.
