I'm not anorexic per se. I just don't do sports, live a sedentary lifestyle, and am just never hungry.
How do I get more food in my diet, without puking everytime?
Is drinking oil a safe bet?

Drinking oil will give you runny shits, at least initially. Your body can't digest it well enough unless you fully transition to a low carb high fat diet, and even then you can't just get all of your calories from it.
