I have a decent amount of an annoyingly weak strain of Bali. Can't make tea out of it, it's so weak. Heaping teaspoon of that mess has to be taken orally so I haven't touched it in a good while.

Well, more so I just find I'm less hungry. The euphoric effects might increase or decrease appetite depending on your personality but I've lost about 5lbs over the course of a month or two. (150 - 145lbs)

The stuff is fucking gnarly though, its really hard to get down sometimes, its very bitter. I find the easiest method is to stir it around in water and chug it after it's dissolved.

I tried kratom a few times. It was truly fucking horrible. Incredibly bitter, make me puke greenish black shit, and now whenever I smell anything that tastes like green tea I gag.

I probably just got some bad shit, but it was bad enough to make me never try it again.

Yeah, I think the shit taste of kratom sort of acts as a natural prevention to building a tolerance (sort of). In the morning right after waking up, the last thing I want to do is try and get a couple grams of kratom.

It was a bulk online supplier. Something like $50 for a pound. Total waste imo. Tastes and feels dirty.

It's nothing worth exploring. No one should really give a damn about this silly stuff but if you make a tea where the effects are only subtle, it's actually pretty relaxing at night time.

I half agree with you, I think the weak potency of the stuff is one of its strongest attributes. It's a very mild-moderate euphoric feeling with the right strain but it's not enough that you just melt into the couch or whatever like opiates do.

it's also worth mentioning ive almost entirely eliminated my caffeine / benzo addiction
