Only hormone-free, organic milk. Would go raw, but regulations, and so forth.

I don't know why milk and dairy in-general messes up so many other white people. regular milk is just candy garbage, from diseased animals, though.

There's lots of dairy-free ice creams now, even some Ben & Jerry's. I haven't tried theirs since I eat only whole plant foods when not traveling because I'm better than you :^)

This mean you guys lactose intolerant. If you buy some lactose enzymes and take them before eating you should be fine.
