>tfw I could have used my free time to learn drawing, writing, another language or something else
>instead I waste every day masturbating to increasingly disgusting porn and playing Osu
How the fuck do I break the cycle? My body is constantly craving the cheap pleasure of orgasms and hitting circles.

- Get a porn blocking browser extension, and (cause you will most likely be tempted to deactivate it) edit your windows hosts file and put in there all porn sites you often visit + /gif/ and such.
- Get over the psychological reasons behind it. (Read something like CBT for dummies and follow it).
- Start meditating and calm yourself when you feel the urge to watch porn. Something like Yoga, Tai Chi or working out might help as well.
- When you have to fap, fap to your creative fantasy if you have to, but even better try to imagine nothing, and only fap to how your body feels without thinking about much. Be in the moment. As well fap more rarely. Start with 3 times a week, as a goal.
- It may sound stupid as fuck, but: Go to confession. As I said, it sounds stupid, but it helps to have one to confess to who is bound by secrecy.

how long have you been this way?
agbpol

Are you good at Osu at least? I gave up on Osu because my wrist might as well be made of cement.

>but it helps to have one to confess to who is bound by secrecy.
>he actually believes this

I do not know of course how this is in other countries, but over here in Germany we even have a law that ensures secrecy (Beichtgeheimnis). If your confessor spills what you told him, he will go to prison.
But alright, If you think that part isn't true, then at least follow the rest.

thank you, that is some really helpful advice. I'll try to abstain from porn as much as possible. As for confession, I'm currently visiting a psych anyways so I could tell him about that.

I've been fapping to degenerate porn for years now, but nowadays it has become especially bad (SPH, cuckshit, lolis)
>>35141847
I'm pretty shit, but it is a good way to procrastinate

Yes, that sounds like a good option as well. I always can only talk about myself, but I have found it freeing to have people I can freely tell the depths of my problems without worries.
Good luck mate.
I'm somewhat impressed by people good at OSU and rhythm games. I never get the hang of it.
It's still a colossal waste of time though
