/fit/ fag here, the way to gain energy is too basically go on nofap and eat sugary foods. get more sleep also. try to get around 9 hours of sleep every 24 hours. do this for a little while and you should feel the need to do something, its not natural for your body to just feel like doing nothing 24/7.
