Know that you are not alone, anon. There's many of us. Modern culture makes it seem like everyone is outgoing and charismatic and "into life" but this is not the case and has never been throughout humanity's history

My advice: seek immaterialism. Reject the physical world. Reject physical pleasures and pains. Seek the sublime. Seek truth. Look within yourself for answers

Introspection in materialism is self-defeating. If you look within yourself as a body, introspection will yield bad results
