Well, from a purely biological/genetic point of view it is not recomendable since you increase the odds of fucking up your offspring which goes against any species instinct of preservation.

You could get into a long philosophical debate if you want to discuss the moral implications of incest, especially since there are very effective birth control techniques that are easily accesible for almost everyone these days.

Personally, I believe it is better to set rules for every kind of relationship and respect them. Just like I wouldn't just move in into a stranger's house because I feel like it, I wouldn't have sex with my siblings. I think it's healthier to only practice certain things with certain kinds of people since that encourages you to expand your social circle, and, whether we like it or not, humans are social creatures
