It appears that those born with strength and size live a more satisfactory life.

Yes unfortunately i am weak. I dont want to have kids because I dont want them to experience the problems i had growing up.
The gym is always an option but for people like me, the training only garners a fraction of strength compared to others.

This isn't how eugenics is supposed to work.
You don't ban people from having kids, you just make it favorable for people with valuable traits to have more children than those without.
Currently the exact opposite way the welfare state operates.
Don't expect the small and weak to go anywhere.
