I have a friend who's a competitive body builder and even he's self concious and uncomfortable with his body. He always wears hoodies and sweatpants because he hates exposing himself. I've seen this guy sob with embarassment and anxiety at a competition and then go on to win it.

I have a crooked jaw that I didn't even know I had until my senior year of high school.

I was drawing a self portrait and I couldn't understand why my lips and jaw looked fucked up. I seriously wasted two days trying to perfect that shit, and then I realized later that day when I asked someone to take pictures of me.

Other than that I think my face is pretty attractive. I have a nasty skeleton body though

No I go through phases where I think ive finally gotten to a point where im good looking then find another big flaw to try and fix. Ive found the one thing I cant ever fix. Im not very tall and my nose is too wide. I could have been so good looking without those two problems.

Honestly yes. For a woman I'm reasonably cute, but of course there are things I would change about myself, like I'd like to have more almond shaped eyes, bigger lips, that and I have a large chest when I've always want to be an A-cup/DFC.

The one thing I've never been satisfied with is my nose. It isn't big or unshapely, but it has that Roman bump and I've never felt that it matched my face. As it turns out though, I have a congenital breathing abnormality that I didn't discover until last year, so now I'm getting a septorhinoplasty on the NHS and the surgeon offered to make my nose prettier whilst he was in there fucking my face up. The surgery is on April 11th, I really am so lucky, I hope I look prettier once the swelling comes down.

I'd love to look like Alexandria Morgan though. Natural beauty like hers doesn't come around often.

I could certainly tone up my skinny fat body but I'm tall with a solid frame so I look decent with cloths on
my face is pretty okay but I keep a beard to cover my meh tier jawline
I have good hair genetics but slightly poor complexion

overall I think I'm a non meme 7/10 and could jump to 8 if I worked out more

Eh, I don't want to disparage you Anon but you might not have to put as much effort in as you're anticipating. A lot of people have this idea that in order to get swole you need to be clocking in around 2-3 hours at the gym daily, but really 1 hour of really hard work 3-4 times per week would more than suffice.
My partner and I are vegans so naturally you might assume us to be weak and malnourished, but actually that's the amount of time we both put into the gym per week. Being a man he's obviously a lot more fit than I am, but even with that time and my testosterone handicap I'm still pretty fit. He just needs to pump a weight once and it seems like his arm explodes...

At any rate you should try it out and see if it works for you, especially given that barring serious surgery it's probably your only option.

No. For most of my life I thought I was above superficial things like appearance, but now that I've developed social skills I've realised that the only reason I thought I didn't care about my appearance was because most of the things wrong with my body are out of my control.

Oh well, I exercise regularly, try to stay clean and wear some clothes that make me feel better about myself (black shoes, normal jeans, black dress shirt, black coat).

I've caught myself not hating how I looked a few times in the last few months, a first in 25 years. I don't like how I look unshaven, or naked. I'll start doing /fit/ again and hopefully remove the gut, but in general I look alright when i care to dress nicely.

I used to, but got super depressed and skinny fat and lost all my muscle. I'm doing a lot better now though, so I've started eating less and better, working out, and cutting down my drinking so hopefully I'll look better in a few months
