Why do I exist? How the fuck did these genetics keep getting passed on? Seems like my entire existence should've been phased out of the gene pull hundreds or thousands of years ago.
Is modern medicine and the abundance of resources to blame? Maybe genetic abominations like me would've died at birth or died from disease or something early on.
