Yes. It promotes salivation which reduces acidity

Not after lunch. Morning and night.
I'm trying to improve my posture to seem more approachable
Recovered NEET turned normie here, this is what I did.
I started by just practicing being kind by posting on imageboards. Instead of insulting people I challenged myself to only post kind and helpful things, even if someone was being a jerk to me. This social skill absolutely translates to real life but you can't get stuck here. You need to level this place for 30 consecutive days to make a new habit of not coming here. Fill the time you would have spent on here doing something productive, like developing a creative hobby (not just watching anime or playing video games), reading nonfiction about a topic that interests you, etc. And always volunteer to help whenever you see an opportunity to. Maybe offer to do the dishes for your mom one night after she makes you tendies. Even this will be scary and strange at first but you will eventually develop a habit of doing good and being good and it will become second nature. Dont pressure yourself to make big changes right away if you are really wounded and can't even imagine doing ultra normie things like getting a job just yet. Just practice being good and eventually you will even find yourself wanting to do those things.
Why did you post a blank picture?

I get my girlfriend to take photos of me standing and sitting naked every 3 months. See how I change (hopefully improve)
