I'm sorry to hear that man. I've gone through some similar stuff, my parents both had cancer, around the same time too. My dad died from it when I was 11, but my mom beat it and is in still relatively good shape today. So I hope your mom can beat it too. As for jobs I've had like 7 in the past few years and always end up quitting, I'm currently unemployed and reluctantly looking for a job. I absolutely hate working for someone else and under a schedule so for a while I really wanted to be self-employed. It didn't work out because I have no marketable skills, but maybe you could try it. Sorry for the long post.
