I have a type of OCD which revolves endlessly around my belief that I can give myself terrible diseases by worrying about them. Then conveniently the exact symptoms show up for added mindfuck.

I obsess about anything. An eyelash in my eye to why people are mean to me. I constantly have a mock conversation that can be with anyone. It always winds up with them hurting me somehow, but it doesn't end there. Once the cycle starts it normally lasts for 6 hours until I can calm down. It's just trying to understand why I'm such a horrible person that deserves to be treated like trash. It never ends.
