pretty well lost 20 lbs in just under a month
i think ill be able to get abs midway through march

I've lost about 10 pounds in the past 8 weeks, even though I don't need to lose weight. I'm currently 5'11" 135 lbs. I know that I shouldn't, but I'm obsessed with counting calories and being in a caloric deficit. It gives me the ability to control something in my life.
