Everybody has ideas on how to improve their life, but we don't all implement them.

I want to improve my life. I was a normie, became a serious robot (didn't talk with friends or family, just stayed in my home for 3 years), and now striving to become a normie again.

You don't have to have grand ideas

Simple things. One idea I want to implement is using my weaker hand to brush my teeth. I saw my dentist and he said that the enamel near my gums is getting thing because I brush too hard at that angle. My weaker hand can't brush too hard.
