Japanese is impossible to understand without kanji. If you dislike kanji youre a retard.

>Japanese is impossible to understand without kanji.
>tfw my Japanese class doesn't learn the kanji for most vocabulary
>tfw I do, but exercises are all written with hiragana anyway
People who bitch about kanji being are hard are just lazy fucks.

We had to do some comprehension exercises in my japanese class and when words are just written in kana it makes it 100 times harder to understand what is meant than when its the kanji.
Not only is it hard to tell where one word ends and the next begins or what is and what isnt a particle you also cant tell which of multiple homonyms it is (and japanese has a lot of homonyms) without just guessing from the context.
I hate it when things are written without kanji. Youre right as well. Kanji arent that hard to learn and if you know the radicals it makes it pretty easy (take kurai as an example. It means gloomy, the radicals are day and sound. I interpret it as every day sounds the same which sounds gloomy to me).
Not to mention, if you actually go to Japan i doubt everything will be written in kana conveniently for you. Theyre going to use Kanji.

I think you misunderstood. I like kanji.
>rubi are everywhere in japan
you mean furigana? I had to google rubi because i havent heard them called that. I imagine they are but theyre not on everything. I bought some sake and the label has loads of kanji and no furigana. If you wanted a job as well i dont think theyd take an application form written like a 8 year old seriously.

Supposedly, it's to prevent people from bypassing the bot with special characters. Which is pretty retarded because everyone just writes extremely mutated versions of "oregano" at the bottom of their post anyway.
