My group of friends started going to house parties and sneaking into bars after that. I tried to fit in, but never could enjoy filling myself with alcohol on a weekly basis. One by one they became huge normies and I am what I am now.

coming from someone who finished highschool very recently

>people smoke and vape way too much and started going into rehab at like 16
>the chads and stacies only get together so often just for their meme tier parties where they only think its about drugs and alcohol
>suprisingly high amount of kids look and act like a robot
>scene kids and skater kids are almost non existent anymore
>most chads played a sport during lunch
>almost the whole school is ghostly empty 20 minutes after the final bell
>hanging out around school hours meant going to the local plaza or getting food and just fucking around there and back

Never been able to bond with anyone as well as those homies since. I have loads of acquaintance now but no friends.

Parties are overrated. its a sad excuse for people who'd hate each other sober to pretend to like each other.
