Soccer, it's the only thing where I can jump straight into in almost any mood and it would make me feel better.

Gaming, anime, movies feels great after spending the whole day responsible. It sucks if I'm been a lazy fuck all day. Typically in those situation I'm trying to escape or avoid some issue.

What do you do to go back to the time you felt happier?
