Once every 2-3 days for me. Sometimes I can go 5 days without noticing.

Normal diet, I drink a decent amount of water. Decent amount of caffeine and nicotine too.

Doesn't bother me tho, because it's more convenient, and the giant shit log feels glorious on the way out. The only problem I have is regularly clogged toilet.

Are they like big dangly flesh balloons hanging off your asshole? I had those for a couple years, then one day they just sort of went away and haven't come back.
