Only way to fix that is to force yourself to stay up.

I work a 3rd shift job for 10 days straight and then get a 4 day weekend. Every other Thursday morning, I force myself to stay up until 8pm, and then every Sunday, I force myself to stay up until 6am. It's easy once you get used to it.
