Start seeing a therapist, find a psychologist and talk through what drugs might be useful to you. It's a a long road and it'll take serious work but if you're at the end of the line like I was it's the way to go.

That's my real advice that will work but I'm guessing you just want circlejerk nonadvice since you're asking this on r9k. Enjoy that.
