Don't worry man. I turn 21 in July and I've only had a gf for three weeks now. It happens for some of us late, and that's fine. In the meantime, do your best to get out there and meet people who you'd have an interest in, and don't be afraid to try and fail. Work on improving whatever aspects of yourself that you can as well.

My current girlfriend had the balls (unlike me) to confess to me first about her feelings for me but not every girl is like that so just be sure to let them know how you feel.
