Because you have to take a test which counts for 10% of your final grade, but the lecture hall you're in mysteriously doesn't have a watch on the wall, and the jack-off TA's don't even tell the fucking time. All this leading you to overestimate the amount of time you have left, so you end up not getting enough time even though you knew how to do the problems
