I honestly don't understand how it's impossible to lose weight.

How hard is it to not eat krispy kreme and start eating fruits and vegetables/ low cal meals until you lose weight?

Skellies are weak willed faggots who are not capable of feeding themselves properly. A lot of them give the illusion of eating alot (i.e. they'll eat an entire pizza in one sitting) but what we don't see is that they eat like birds the rest of the time in between these periodic feasts. If they really hunkered down and ate past the point of fullness every day using high calorie foods, they would definitely put on weight. I think that they are too in touch with their hunger/satiety cues; if they learned to ignore them like bored/emotional eaters do, they would gain weight.

i'm a skelly and my problem is that i play too much league to bother getting up to get something to eat 90% of the time so it's usually one meal where i pig out each day

I've gained weight before. It's fat though. Even when I lift weights and gain weight I don't put on muscle, I just get flabby. The skelly life is the life for me.
