I'm not sure what you mean, but if you mean getting crossfaded it's better to drink first because apparently the increased bloodflow you get while consuming alcohol gets you higher on lower amounts of marijuana (assuming you're talking about pot)

If you mean you're inexperienced and haven't tried alcohol or drugs in your whole life, it's better to try alcohol first because getting drunk is a more easily handled experience than getting high.
