I'm not a nice guy anymore, I grew out of that mentality. Nice guys arent even nice, but piss poor communicators who think they're owed something for being nice.

Women aren't attracted to you simply for being nice, you need other qualities that they like too! You need to communicate your intentions somewhat early, or else you're just wasting your time being friends with someone who you wanted a deeper relationship with.

Once I developed more confidence and became a better communicator, I stopped being a nice guy. There's no point in being a nice guy. It doesn't get you laid, and it doesn't get you the affection you're looking for.

Kindness is a virtue. I think kind people should be respected, but being kind isn't about being respected.

Niceness is more about being on another's good side and having basic respect for one another. Which isn't wrong but not always the best thing and it doesn't guarantee the respect of others. I think what's important is developing a strong character so none of this will be an issue.

The problem isn't as much as being a nice guy as it is not knowing how to act any different. Doing nice things because you morally think they're the right things to do doesn't make you some beta nice guy, it means you principles that you stand by, which is good.

Write up things you find morally right or wrong and use that to guide you. Follow your own fucking views and don't bend them to every situation.
